异叶青兰活性精细组分的分离方法及其应用

Abstract本发明涉及一种异叶青兰活性精细组分的分离方法,该方法包括以下步骤:⑴提取:将异叶青兰全草阴干、粉碎后,用乙醇溶液浸泡后加热回流提取,经减压干燥得异叶青兰醇提物;⑵硅胶柱层析分离:将异叶青兰醇提物经硅胶柱色谱分离,用石油醚-乙酸乙酯混合溶剂洗脱,采用薄层色谱检测,合并收集Rf值为0.1~0.6的馏分,该馏分经减压干燥,即得呈黄褐色粉末状的异叶青兰粗组分;⑶微孔树脂除杂:将异叶青兰粗组分用甲醇溶液溶解,过滤得到滤液,该滤液上微孔树脂柱分离,经洗脱、减压干燥,即得呈黄色的异叶青兰精细组分。本发明工艺简单、有效成分质量稳定、易规模化生产。同时,本发明该公开了该异叶青兰精细组分在肝病治疗中的应用。
