Abstract本发明涉及一种天然植物品种的鉴定方法及在鉴定藏茵陈药材原植物种类的应用,其包括以下步骤：(1)对药材进行总DNA提取；(2)利用引物对上述提取的DNA进行PCR扩增；(3)将扩增得到的PCR产物纯化；(4)利用测序仪对纯化的PCR产品进行测序获得一段碱基序列,并将该碱基序列与植物的DNA序列进行比较,确定该药材的品种。本发明还涉及一种鉴定药材原植物品种的试剂盒及川西獐牙菜的分子鉴定试剂盒,利用本试剂盒对药材中提取的总DNA进行扩增,如果具有一条约500的扩增产物,则为川西獐牙菜,无此扩增产物,则为非正品种类。
