Abstract为优化人工蛹虫草子实体中虫草素的超声提取工艺,在单因素试验基础上,利用响应曲面法考察提取温度、超声提取时间以及液料比对虫草素提取率的影响,并对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明: 人工培养蛹虫草子实体中虫草素超声提取的优化工艺条件为超声温度50 ℃,超声提取时间47 min,液料比30 mL/g,提取次数3 次。在此工艺条件下,虫草素提取率的理论值为1. 057%。
