从植物体中提取全氨基酸粉的方法

Abstract本发明涉及一种从植物体中提取全氨基酸粉的方法,该方法含有下述的步骤:先将宽叶独行菜加水热提3次,控制温度,每次加水量为宽叶独行菜的5—7倍;合并三次提取液,过滤、浓缩控制体积与宽叶独行菜的投料比,再加入乙醇,控制乙醇浓度,分离沉淀物,浓缩上清液至无乙醇时,再经柱层析分离得到全氨基酸粉;本发明是从天然植物原料中提取游离氨基酸,该方法提取的全氨基酸粉的有效蛋白价高,且生产过程简单、易操作、成本低,利用本发明提取的全氨基酸粉是一种高效、无毒、安全的饲料强化添加剂,可直接作用于高品质肉类牲畜的喂养添加。
