基于不同DNA 序列对四数獐牙菜系统位置分析

Abstract摘 要: 以扁蕾属植物为外类群, 基于trnL2trnF 序列、rpl16 序列以及ITS 序列, 采用最大简约法对四数獐牙菜的系统位置进行了分析。结果显示: 尽管在ITS 系统发育树、trnL2trnF 系统发育树和rpl16 系统发育树中所用的种和数量有所不同, 所得到的3 种系统发育树的拓扑结构也不一致, 但四数獐牙菜的系统位置在3 种系统发育树中的结果基本一致。在trnL2trnF 系统发育树中, 四数獐牙菜与花锚属的H . elliptica、H . br evicor nis 和H . weddelli2ana 形成了一个单系群; 而在ITS 和rpl16 系统发育树中, 四数獐牙菜与歧散獐牙菜先聚在一起, 再与花锚属的植物聚为一支支持率较高的单系支。研究表明, 四数獐牙菜与Anag alid ium 属的歧散獐牙菜的亲缘关系最近, 其次是与花锚属的植物, 而与獐牙菜属植物的亲缘关系较远。本实验系统发育的结果支持将四数獐牙菜从獐牙菜属中分出而归入Anagal idium 属的观点。 Abstract: The systematic position of Swertia tetrapter a was analysed using Maximum Par simony Method,with the Gentianopsis gr andis being selected as outgr oup, based on tr nL2trnF sequences, rp l16 sequences and IT S sequences data sets. The results showed that although the numbers and the species are different in ITS phylogenetic tree, rp l16 phylogenetic tree and trnL2trnF phylogenetic tr ee, and the topology of three phylogenetic tree is also inconsistent. As far as the systematic position of S. tetr a ptera , the results are in a2greement. In tr nL2tr nF phylogenetic tree, S. tetrapter a forms a monophyletic lineage with H . ellip tica, H.brevicor nis and H. weddelliana, while in ITS and rpl16 phylogenetic tree, S. tetrapter a form a sister group relationship with Anaga llidiumd ichotoma , and this group is strongly associated with H. elliptica and other species of H alenia. These results indicated that S. tetra ptera is closely related to A. dichotoma, followed by the species of H a lenia. T herefore, the results support that S. tetr ap ter a should be excluded from the genus Swer tia and be put into the genus Ana gallidium.
