青稞生长期间叶片中大麦黄苷与皂草黄苷的积累及品种间差异

Abstract采用HPLC分析方法,测定青稞叶片中两种黄酮大麦黄苷与皂草黄苷在生长期间的积累变化以及20个青稞品种叶片中大麦黄苷与皂草黄苷的含量差异。结果表明:在生长期内,大麦黄苷与皂草黄苷的积累变化趋势基本一致,均呈先增长后降低的趋势,但皂草黄苷的含量明显高于大麦黄苷,最佳的青稞叶采集期为三叶期至三叶一心期之间;在20种青稞品种中,白康青叶片中大麦黄苷含量最高,昆仑8号叶片中的皂草黄苷含量最高,康青3号叶片中的大麦黄苷和皂草黄苷含量最低,而两种黄酮总量也以昆仑8号最多,含量为1.69%。因此,以青稞黄酮含量为指标选用的品种是昆仑8号、白康青和昆仑1号。
