施肥对川西獐牙菜生理抗逆性及活性成分的影响

摘要本论文以常用藏药材川西獐牙菜为研究对象,比较分析施肥对该药材生长发育状况、生理抗逆性和活性成分的影响,以期揭示高原环境下川西獐牙菜在施肥条件下的部分生理适应性和药材活性成分的动态变化,从而为该人工种植技术的开发研究和资源可持续利用提供基础数据。主要研究结果总结如下: 1.在实验设定的施肥量下,施尿素可以明显增加栽培川西獐牙菜的株高、分枝数、叶片数、结实率和生物量,而施磷酸二铵对于产量的增加效果不如施尿素明显,但又优于对照。 2.施尿素能显著增加栽培川西獐牙菜叶片中的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素的含量(P<0.05),而施尿素、磷酸二铵对叶片中紫外吸收物质花青素、类黄酮含量的积累影响不大(P>0.05)。 3.对照所含的栽培川西獐牙菜叶片中的抗氧化酶类SOD、POD、CAT和APX的活性含量最高,施尿素的最小。栽培川西獐牙菜叶片中H2O2和MDA的施肥处理均无显著性差异(P>0.05),三种处理二者的含量均在9月份达到最高值;施尿素可以提高植株脯氨酸含量的积累,对照所含甘氨酸甜菜碱含量最高。 4.结合生物量因素考虑,全株的栽培川西獐牙菜最佳采收方式为9-P;根、茎、叶和花均不施肥,根于7月、茎、叶和花均于8月采收;且所测5种成分的总含量的大小顺序为:叶片>全株>茎>根,叶片中总含量是全株的2倍以上,故综合栽培与野生,川西獐牙菜不施肥于8月叶片和花各成分及总成分的含量最高。 5.单施尿素、磷酸二铵对川西獐牙菜中各种苷类成分的影响各不相同,但全株施磷酸二铵能够显著的提高川西獐牙菜中的主要苷类成分龙胆苦苷的含量及各种苷类成分及总成分的含量。
其他摘要In order to protect the rare resource of wild Swertia Mussotii, the cultivated and wild samples were used as the research materials to study their seasonal change of growth, physiological resistance and chemical constituents. The cultivated samples were fertilized with CH4ON2, (NH4)2HPO4 and the blank one. The results of experiment were as follows: 1.Compared with individual unfertilized cultivated S. Mussotii plant, the growth and production of S. Mussotii plant were studied, manured with carbamide and (NH4)2HPO4, respectively. The results showed that: CH4ON2 increased the individual plant dramatically in quantity of leaf, branch, fructification rate and weight, and the effect of (NH4)2HPO4 was not notable. 2.In the same environment, CH4ON2 could remarkably increase the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and the total content of chorophyll in the leaves of cultivated S. Mussotii(P<0.05). Fertilization has little impact on the accumulation of carotenoid and ultraviolet absorption substances in the leaves of cultivated Swertia Mussoti (P>0.05), which demonstrated it adapted to strong ultraviolet radiation of plateau. 3.The enzymes activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) in the blank one was the highest. Fertilization was not favorable for the increasing of the activities of these four antioxidant enzymes. Fertilization had little impact on the content of hydrogen peroxide and malondiadehyde (P>0.05), CH4ON2 could increase the relative content of proline to some extent; and the relative content of glycinebeteine in the blank one was the highest. 4.Considering the biomass, the optimal harvest way of the whole plants is in September fertilized with (NH4)2HPO4. Harvested the roots, stems and leaves and flowers in July, August and also August, respectively. The content of chemical constituents in leaves and flowers was the No.1, and the content in the whole plants, stems and roots decresed gradually. Furthermore, in August the individual and total content of the chemical constituents in leaves and flowers was up to the highest. 5.The impacts of carbamide and (NH4)2HPO4 of all sorts of samples on the content of the individual and total of chemical constituents were different from each other. However, the whole plants fertilized with (NH4)2HPO4 could notablly increase the individual and total content of the chemical constituents, especially the main content of Gentiopicroside.
