高原香薷化学成分研究; Studies on the Chemical constitutions of the Tibetan Medicine Elsholtzia feddri Benth.

摘要高原香薷(Elsholtzia feddei Benth.)为唇形科香薷属植物,广泛分布于青海各地。《晶珠本草》等藏医药典籍中记载:齐柔味辛,防伤口感染,治肛门虫、胃虫、阴道虫以及防虫蝇等。 高原香薷挥发油成分有少量报道,但对其全草化学成分的研究报道极少,对高原香薷化学成分进一步系统研究为探讨其疾病治疗机理、开发新型藏药和促进藏药现代化具有重要意义。 本研究对高原香薷化学成分、矿质元素进行了较为系统和深入地研究,为高原香薷的进一步开发利用,提供了科学依据和理论基础。主要研究内容包括: 1、对高原香薷、细穗香薷、密花香薷、萼果香薷等四种香薷的矿物质元素含量进行了测定和种间比较。结果显示:几种香薷中人体必需微量元素Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Co 、Ni 、Se 等含量较高,尤其以Cu、Fe、Mn元素的含量为高。Na、Ca等常量元素含量亦较高。矿物质元素在藏医药中扮演着非常重要的角色。 2、对高原香薷的化学成分进行了提取、分离、纯化和鉴定,得到6个化合物,目前完成了4个化合物的结构鉴定,它们分别为:槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside),洋芹素-7-O-葡萄糖苷(Apingenin-7-O- glucoside),木犀草素(Luteolin)。,还有2个化合物仍在进一步鉴定中。; Elsholtzia feddri Benth.is a traditional Tibetan medicinal herb which was widely used in Tibetan medicine, it’s widely distributing in Qinghai, and can be used in the treatment of fever and anti-in-flammatory agents. The study is a basic part of the development of new medicine for curing liver disease from traditional Tibetan medicine. In this research, the chemical constitutions, mineral elements of Elsholtzia feddri Benth.have been studied widely and systematically. The results and conclusions as followed could transmit the resources’ advantage in ecology into economy and provide scientific theoretical and technical basis for further research and development. 1、Used Elsholtzia feddri Benth.、Esholtzia densa Diels、Esholtzia densa Benth.、Esholtzia densa Maxim as research materials, the mineral elements were analyzed. Their mineral elements was evaluated and compared between four species.the results indicated that the contents of essential trace elements Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、Co、Ni、Se in Elsholtzia were abundant, especial the essential trace elements Cu、Fe、Mn and the trace elements Na、Ca. Those trace elements are good for the health of liver. 2、In order to develop and use these resources, the chemical constituents of Elsholt -zia feddri Benth.were extracted、isolated and identified in this research. Six compounds were isolated from Elsholtzia feddri Benth. They were (1) Quercetin -3-O-β-D- glucoside, (2) Luteolin-7-O-β-D- glucoside, (4) Apingenin- Luteolin-7-O- glucoside,(5) Luteolin, and the structure of other two compounds are on identifying.
