摘要	This paper reported the determination of norepinephrine (NE) by spectrofluorometry in tissue. The linear relationship between the flecoroscence intensity and the content of NE was in the range of 10-100 ng (lambda(ex)/lambda(em) = 410 nm/505 nm). The rate of recovery is 91.68%-96.64% and RSD (n = 10) is 6.1%. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive.
