Abstract以冬虫夏草和人工蛹虫草为试材,优化虫草素和虫草多糖的综合提取工艺。在提取方法比较试验以及超声波水提单因素试验基础上,利用响应曲面法考察超声提取时间、温度和液固比对虫草素和虫草多糖综合提取率的影响,优化提取工艺。得到最优提取工艺条件为:提取温度72℃,液固比30 mL/g,提取时间77 min,提取2次,虫草素提取率的理论值可达53.27%,虫草多糖提取率的理论值可达41.92%。
