摘要	湿生扁蕾(Gentianopsis paludosa Ma)属于龙胆科扁蕾属植物，系一年生草本植物，主要分布在我国西北地区。在民间主要用来治疗高血压、肠胃炎、腹泻等。由湿生扁蕾制成的扁蕾冲剂在治疗小儿腹泻方面效果显著。本文对湿生扁蕾的地理分布、有效成分、药理研究、临床作用做了综述和总结，阐明了提高质量控制水平的重要性。本文对湿生扁蕾中的4种有效成分－獐牙菜苦苷、獐牙菜苷、异荭草苷及1,7-二羟基-3,8-二甲氧基口山酮的含量测定方法进行了研究，经过实验建立了4种有效成分的HPLC含量测定方法，操作简单，结果稳定，为其质量控制研究提供了依据。在含量测定研究的基础上，还对湿生扁蕾进行了色谱指纹图谱的研究。在对样品提取条件的研究中，通过对不同提取溶剂、提取方法进行选择，确立了以甲醇为提取溶剂，超声处理60min的提取方法为最佳提取条件。建立了湿生扁蕾的指纹图谱，对各个峰紫外光谱图进行对比分析，确定了15个共有峰，各湿生扁蕾样品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱相似度均在0.9以上，可用于湿生扁蕾的定性鉴别。
其他摘要	Gentianopsis paludosa Ma is an annually growing herb found in the northwest region of China. The whole herb is used for the treatment of hypertension,gastroenteri -tis and diarrhea in indigenous medicine. Gentianopsis paludosa Ma was reviewed in its distribution,application,chemical components, pharmacological function,clinical application,etc. And also,the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine was summarized. The method of content determination was established by chromatographic experiment. The content of swertiamarin,sweroside,isoorientin,1,7-dihydroxy-3,8-dim -ethoxyxanthone were determined by HPLC.The results showed the method was easy to operate and accurate. Moreover, the Chromatographic Fingerprint of Gentianopsis paludosa Ma was established by HPLC. On study sample’s extraction, via filtration of dissimilar extracting menstruums and methods, we fix on methanol as extracting menstruums and ultrasonic disposal for 60 mins as extracting method. 15 common peaks were found in the HPLC fingerprint of Gentianopsis paludosa Ma,and good similarities with correlation coefficients higher than 0.9 were found in fingerprints between the herbs from different sources and standard fingerprint ,which can be utilized for the identification of Gentianopsis paludosa Ma.
