摘要 | High performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization quadrupole-time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry was used to profile the phenylethanoid glycosides in Lagotis brevituba. A total of twenty-three phenylethanoid glycosides were characterized by comparing the retention time and fragmentation with standards, accurate mass measurements, and fragmentation at low and high collision energies. Most phenylethanoid glycosides were reported in L. brevituba for the first time.
